Caesars Cipher

Problem explanation

In this problem we have to translate rot13 ciphers to words.rot 13 are numbers shifted by 13 places.

we split string to focus on one letter at once.then we map function and pass char we define variable that variable with every (char)-number in string we find out that rot13 ciphers decimal value.

then if that number is less then 65 or grater than 90 then we return string as it is with fromCharCode that translates word to letters.else if number is less then 78 then we add 13 cuz its supposed to be shifted by 13 forward. lastly we return string that translates num-13 so we shift that number by 13 back.

then we join them with string.

That was all bye!
